Bena Jane Schieffer Offield

Bena was born in Austin on Monday, September 16th, 1946 to her beloved parents Josephine and Ben Schieffer.  Bena graduated from Austin High in 1964 and went on to study at UT and attained her business degree from Austin Business School.  She spent her career at IBM.

Bena met the love of her life, Joe Offield her senior year of high school. After completing business school, they would marry and raise three children, the loves of her life.

Bena is survived by her two children, Richard Melvin Offield, his wife Joyce and Amanda Jane Offield Sorrells, her husband Cory and three daughters Zoey Jane, Aurora Jade and Brinkli Joe.

Family was everything to Bena. She passed away, Sunday May 26th.

She has left a massive void in our lives but we know she is at peace resting with her beloved Joe.
