Delton Monroe Sprouse, 79, Austin Texas, passed away on December 7th, 2023
Delton was born in Austin Texas to Delman Sprouse and Minnie Bell (Barta) Sprouse on June 23rd, 1944.
He married Frances (Watts) Sprouse on July 9th, 1964, in Austin Texas.
After leaving Austin High School, he became a carpenter and closed out his career working for the Lake Travis School District.
Delton enjoyed the outdoors where he loved to hunt and fish with family.
Delton is survived by his wife Frances, his children Delvin Sprouse, Billy Sprouse, James Sprouse, Kathy (Sprouse) Olfers and his three grandchildren Joey Sprouse, Connor Olfers, and Evan Sprouse.
Delton is preceded in death by his parents, siblings Johnny Sprouse, Donald Sprouse, and Pat Sprouse, and granddaughter Melissa Sue Sprouse.
Graveside services will be held at 11am on Tuesday, December 12th at Bunton Cemetery 3078 FM1854, Dale, TX 78616.
Flowers may be sent to Bastrop Providence Funeral Home.
