Dorothy Fay Patterson

Dorothy Fay Patterson, 67, of Smithville, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2019 in Callahan County.

Dorothy was born in Colorado City, Texas to Raymond and Bernice Mitchell on January 28, 1952.  She went to school in Midland High. She married Robert Patterson and had two sons, Rusty and Reggie.  She worked as an accountant for many years.

Fondest memories friends and family can recall is her unforgettable laugh.  She was greatly loved and will be deeply missed.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Reggie and Tammy; three grandchildren: Keith, Alexis and Tanner; great grandbaby, Charlie; brother Dennis Mitchell and his three children: Michael, Robert, and Danny and cousin, Patsy Nelson.

Dorothy is proceeded in death by her son Rusty; father, Raymond and mother, Bernice.

Memorials may be made in memory of Dorothy to: The Flames of Glory Cowboy Church, 3003 Loop 150 East, Bastrop, Texas 78602.

She will be laid to rest in the Alum Creek Cemetery next to her son Rusty Patterson.
