He was born on January 20, 1970 in Honduras to Lucila Videz and Juan Angel Figueroa. He married Mayner Yesilh Bardales.
Fredy worked with his hands as a builder of residential construction.
Visitation will be held on Monday February 17, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with services beginning at 3:30 p.m. at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home, 2079 Hwy 71 East, Bastrop, Texas.
