Harold Wayne Barber

Harold Wayne Barber, age 57, passed away June 7 ^th , 2022. He was born May 4, 1965 in Bitburg, Germany to parents Olin and Maria Barber. He spent the vast majority of his childhood on and nearby Bergstrom Air Force Base - participating in youth football and baseball. His love of baseball followed him throughout his high school years – graduating from Del Valle High School, class of 1983. He loved both the finer and the simple things in life; good food, good friends, a morning dove hunt , an afternoon on the water or playing golf, and a hand of poker in the evening. He is survived by sister Helen Armstrong, brother and sister-in-law Henry and Pam Barber, brother Kyle Yates and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Family & friends can celebrate Harold’s memorial at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home at 10:00 am, Wednesday June 15 ^th .
