Linda Gail Conaway

Linda Gail Conaway was born on June 9, 1960, to Bill and Joyce Jackson. She grew up surrounded by love and laughter with her siblings-Keith, Billy, Debra, and Laura-always keeping life lively. Linda was truly a "hoot and a holler," known for her vibrant personality and for doing just about anything to make the people around her laugh.

Linda had a heart for people, which made bartending and waitressing a natural fit-she loved hearing stories, sharing smiles, and connecting with everyone she met. She also had a deep, joyful bond with her family, and for 20 years, her favorite and closest companion was Tahl Williams, affectionately known as "Red."

One of Linda's most charming passions was her profound love for frogs. Whether it was collecting them, decorating with them, or simply delighting in their quirky charm, frogs brought her happiness and reflected her own unique, fun-loving spirit.

On May 23, 2025, the Lord called Linda home.

She leaves behind a legacy of laughter, warmth, and unforgettable moments.

Linda is survived by her sister Debbie, Laura and her brothers Keith and Billy Jackson. She is also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Joyce, and her grandparents.

Linda's laughter, love, and love for frogs will live on in the hearts of those who knew and adored her.

A Celebration of Life will be held on what would have been her 65th birthday, June 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Timberline Family Church, 1199 TX-21, Paige, TX 78659. All are welcome to join in honoring her memory.
