Con profundo pesar, anunciamos el fallecimiento prematuro de Luis Mario Tovar Contreras, de 20 años, residente de Red Rock, Texas, el 24 de noviembre de 2025. Luis nació en el estado de San Luis, México, el 24 de septiembre de 2005 y deja una familia amorosa que extrañará su maravilloso espíritu.

Para lamentar su pérdida, familiares y amigos se reunirán en la Funeraria Bastrop Providence el domingo 7 de diciembre de 2025 de 2:00p-6:00p. El rezo del Santo Rosario comenzará a las 5:00pm. Se celebrará una misa de celebración cristiana el lunes 8 de diciembre de 2025 a partir de las 11:30a en la Iglesia Católica del Sagrado Corazón Rockne, 4045 FM 535 en Bastrop, Texas. Luis será sepultado después de la misa en el cementerio de la iglesia.

With deep sorrow, we announce the untimely passing of Luis Mario Tovar Contreras, age 20, of Red Rock, Texas, on November 24, 2025. Luis was born in the state of San Luis, Mexico on September 24, 2005 and leaves behind a loving family who will miss his wonderful spirit.

To mourn his loss, friends and family will gather at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home on Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 2:00pm-6:00pm. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 5:00pm. A Mass of Christian Celebration will take place on Monday, December 8, 2025 beginning at 11:30am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Rockne, 4045 FM 535 in Bastrop, Texas. Luis will be laid to rest following the mass in the church cemetery.
