Ricky A. Jordan, Sr.

With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Ricky Jordan, Sr. age 61, of Paige, Texas on February 3, 2026. Ricky was born in Oakland, California on March 8, 1964.

Today we honor and remember Ricky, a man whose life was rooted in faith, love, and unwavering devotion to his family. Ricky's commitment ot the Lord was not just something he spoke about, but something he lived every day through kindness, humility, and service to others.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend who put his family first and led by example. His laughter, wisdom, and steady presence brought comfort and strength to those around him. Ricky's faith guided his steps and shaped the legacy he leaves behind - one of love, integrity, and trust in God's promises.

Though our hearts are heavy, we rejoice knowing Ricky is now at peace in the presence of the Lord he served so faithfully. His life continues to speak through the family he cherished and the many lives he touched.

Forever loved. Forever missed. Until we meet again.

A visitation with family and friends will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 12pm-2pm at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. A service to celebrate his life will begin immediately following at 2pm.
