Stephen Paul Guedry

Stephen Paul Guedry, 42, of Smithville, Texas passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024 in Smithville, Texas.

Stephen was born in Austin, Texas to Gary and Susan Guedry on January 28, 1982. He attended school in Bastrop, Texas and graduate from Bastrop High School in 2000.

He served in the US Air Force as a crew chief on the C5. Returning to Bastrop he worked at Deep in the Heart Art Foundry.

Stephen is survived by his parents, Gary and Susan Guedry, his grandmother, Esther Schlortt, his aunts and uncles David and Rochelle Schlortt, Dianna Grissom, Pam and Randy Stanford, Karen Long, Brian and Kathleen Guedry, Dale and Sharon Guedry, Debbie and Danny Belanger, as well as numerous cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Jacob, grandparents Quinn Schlortt and Bertrand and Sylvia Guedry, and uncle Bob Grissom.
