Yvonne Leticia Ochoa

Yvonne Leticia Ochoa, de 55 años, falleció el 7 de diciembre de 2025 y se reunió con el Señor, rodeada de su familia, tras una muerte tranquila.

A Yvonne le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Sam y Virginia, su hermano Mike, su hermana Diann, su sobrina Ambrosia y su sobrino Marc.

Le sobreviven su hermana Mary, sus hermanos Joe (Sylvia), David (Yaneth) y Ruben, dieciséis sobrinos y sobrinas, y muchos sobrinos nietos y sobrinas nietas.

Yvonne nació en Ansonia, Ohio, el 1 de octubre de 1970. Era la más pequeña de la familia y la séptima de sus hermanos. Disfrutaba viajando por diferentes estados con sus padres. Años después, al ser la más pequeña de la familia, pudo quedarse con algunos de sus hermanos. Vivía con Diann y Mary, y a menudo se la veía con cada uno asistiendo a eventos y reuniones familiares. Nunca se quedaba en un rincón, porque nunca se deja a un bebé en un rincón; en cambio, siempre se la veía pasándola de maravilla, bailando y pasándola en grande con sus hermanos, hermanas, sobrinos y sobrinas. Era el alma de la fiesta, la luz de su familia y adorada por todos.

Amaba a sus sobrinos y sobrinas y los cuidaba como si fueran sus propios hijos. Tuvieron la suerte de conocer a una persona única que les enseñó la paciencia, que las personas no siempre son iguales y a ver el mundo de otra manera.

Yvonne nos enseñó a amar, y que aquellos que no siempre se parecían a nosotros tenían los corazones más puros y las sonrisas más grandes.

El velorio se llevará a cabo el viernes 19 de diciembre de 2025, de 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m., en la Funeraria Bastrop Providence. El servicio fúnebre para celebrar su vida se realizará el 20 de diciembre de 2025, a partir de las 10:00 a. m., también en la Funeraria Bastrop Providence. Yvonne será sepultada en el cementerio Alta Vista.

Yvonne Leticia Ochoa, 55, went to be with the Lord on December 7, 2025, and was surrounded by family when she passed peacefully.

Yvonne is preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Virgina, her brother Mike, her sister Diann, her niece Ambrosia, and her nephew Marc.

Yvonne is survived by her sister Mary, brothers: Joe (Sylvia), David (Yaneth) and Ruben, sixteen nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.

Yvonne was born in Ansonia, Ohio, on October 1, 1970. She was the baby of the family and seventh born of her siblings. She enjoyed traveling across different states with her parents. As the baby of the family in later years she got to stay with some of her siblings. Living with Diann and Mary, she was often seen with each attending family events and gatherings. She never stayed in the corner, because you never put baby in the corner, instead she was always seen having the time of her life, dancing and having great times with her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. She was the life of the party, the light of her family and adored by all.

She loved her nieces and nephews and cared for them as if they were her own children. They were given the blessing of knowing a unique individual, who taught them patience and that people were not always the same and how to see the world in a different way.

Yvonne taught us how to love, and that those that didn’t always look like us had the purest hearts and biggest smiles.

A visitation with family and friends will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 4-8pm at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. A service to celebrate her life will be held on December 20, 2025 beginning at 10am, also at Bastrop Providence. Yvonne will be laid to rest at Alta Vista cemetery.
